About the Flying Car trend

The Flying Car template is a stunt video with a different kind of star: your car. On 15 October 2026, Tesla's livestreamed Roadster event showed a prototype driving up an upside-down ramp, flipping off and landing on its wheels, while the hosts kept calling it a "flying" car. Fact-checkers at Snopes confirmed the footage was real and not AI, while noting that whether it truly "flew" is up for debate. The clips were widely shared online.

The AI version lets you put your own car through that kind of stunt without a ramp, a test track or a rocket. Upload a photo of the car you drive, the old family car from a photo album, or the one you're saving for, and the motion and camera of the source clip are carried over to your vehicle.

Genjutsu Generator runs Genjutsu, the motion-transfer model made by Higgsfield, as an independent browser app. Most templates use photos of people or pets; this one works best with a clear photo of a single car. We use up to the first 15 seconds of the clip, bill per second rounded up, and show the cost before you generate. The app isn't open yet; join early access and we'll tell you when Flying Car is ready.

How to make your Flying Car video

  1. Photograph one car

One clear photo of the whole car, ideally from the front at a slight angle, in daylight. Up to 8 photos of the same car can help.

  2. Crop out other cars

If other vehicles are in the frame, crop so your car fills most of the photo.

  3. Pick a resolution

Stunt motion is fast, so 720p or 1080p reads better on a phone. Check the credit cost on the Generate button.

  4. Generate and post

Add your own caption. Label it AI-made; nobody needs to think your hatchback really flies.

Tips for a better Flying Car video

  • The whole car should be in the photo, wheels included.
  • Avoid photos with heavy reflections or night lighting that hide the car's shape and colour.
  • Number plates: blur yours before uploading if you don't want it in the result.
  • Don't present the result as real footage. It's an AI remake.
